The children and juniors from Novak Cycling Academy(Romania) have won 26 medals in national and international competitions in 2017, in the first year of existence of the Novak Cycling Academy which is created by the paralympic champion from London 2012 -Eduard Novak. The best performing racers received new bicycles from DRAG Bicycles. In the end they had a nice party and promised us a sensational 2018.

For the first time in 7 years there will be a downhill mountain bike competition on Vitosha mountain, on the outskirts of the capital city Sofia. from 11-13th October 2013.

For those who want to watch the best time is Sunday from 11:00 at Dragalevtsi lift.

Organizers are Concept Creative who have organised similar events in Pamporovo and Borovets in recent years.

Mayor of Bozhurishte Asparuh Asparuhov opened the free bike park together with Svetla Blagova of Overgas, Detlef Wessling of the European Business Congress and Dragomir Kouzov of DRAG bicycles on October 7 2013.

Part of the European Business Congress's 'Bicycle-Ecology and Health' project, the bike share pilot project provides 25 bikes for the citizens of the town of Bozhurishte. Bozhurishte was chosen as the recipient of the donation on the strength of its plans to encourage cycling among its citizens.

The wider project of the European Business Congress envisages the creation of bike parks in 4 municipalities in different parts of Europe - Sochi in Russia, Bozhurishte in Bulgaria, Novi Sad in Serbia and Satlice in the Czech Republic. The goal of the project is to encourage municipalities to invest in and develop cycle transport on their own.

The bicycles are all Drag City Hawk in dark blue with white trim and branded to DRAG, Overgas and European Business Congress.
