The world champion for 2014 Ivo won the omnium race in the Elite Men category in CAR Trophy Anadia, that was held on 7 and 8 February. For the first time he is a winner in the omnium on an international-class race. Ivo was the strongest in the exciting duel with Loic Perizzolo (Switzerland). The Portuguese runner completed the competition formed by the group of six races - scratch, pursuit, elimination, flying lap, time trial and points race - with 209 points. Perizzolo totaled 206. The third was Rui Oliveira with 198.
