** The authors agree that the winner photo can be used in promotional materials for the event or bicycles DRAG.
General conditions for participation
• By sharing photography on the Facebook page 11th Velorally DRAG Cherni vruh 2014, the user declares participation in the photo competition 11th Velorally DRAG Cherni vruh 2014.
• To participate in the competition photographs must be taken only during the 11th Velorally DRAG Cherni vruh 2014. Photographs should be thematically related to Velorally DRAG Cherni vruh 2014.
• The user may post an unlimited number of photos.
• Photographs that offend human dignity and / or not responding to the technical terms, will not be allowed to participate.
• The winner is selected by voting. Votes are formed on the basis of 50% of the votes (likes) by Facebook users and 50% of the votes of the jury.

Jury
The jury, which determines 50% of the assessment of the photographs, has 4 members and includes representatives of DRAG Bicycles, Sopharma, Doltcini and one of the authors of the idea of the race.
By submitting a photo every author declares that:
- The picture provided is his/her work.
- The photo was taken during the 11th Velorally DRAG Cherni vruh 2014
- The selected winner entitles "Velomania" Ltd. to use his/her photograph in promotional materials.
